1. About Brugtgrej.dk
Brugtgrej.dk is a free Danish marketplace for buying, selling and placing wanted listings for used hobby equipment. We connect private users but are not a party to any transaction.
2. Using the service
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your profile and listings is accurate and lawful.
3. Listings
- Listings must be descriptive and accurate.
- Prohibited items and content must not be advertised. This includes weapons, ammunition and explosives, drugs, tobacco and prescription medicines, alcohol, adult content, counterfeit goods and other copyright-infringing items, and products from endangered species. See the full ad policy.
- Brugtgrej.dk may remove listings that violate the rules at any time.
- Inactive listings are automatically deleted after 12 months.
4. Transactions between users
Agreements are made directly between buyer and seller. Brugtgrej.dk is not responsible for completion of the transaction, payment, delivery or the quality of the item.
For your own safety, we recommend that all communication between buyer and seller takes place through Brugtgrej.dk’s messaging system. Avoid sharing email addresses, phone numbers or other direct contact details in the listing before trust has been established between the parties.
5. Liability
We strive to keep the service running but do not guarantee availability or freedom from errors. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
6. Abuse and reporting
Abuse, fraud or offensive behaviour can be reported using the button on each listing. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate the rules.
7. Personal data
Read our privacy policy and cookie policy for information about the processing of personal data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
