Prohibited items and subjects

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and weapon parts.
• Drugs, tobacco, e-cigarettes, prescription medicines and unapproved dietary supplements.
• Alcohol for sale, online gambling, betting and related services.
• Adult content, sexual services, nudity, escort services, sugar dating and sexual products.
• Counterfeit goods, pirated copies, fake branded products and content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Hacking, spyware, malware, fake documents or assistance with dishonest behaviour.
• Hateful, threatening, violent, shocking or discriminatory content.
• Products from endangered species, illegal animal products or listings that promote animal cruelty.

Animals and products from endangered species

Listings for the sale of live animals, products from endangered species or items covered by international protection or Danish legislation are not permitted. This includes:

• Ivory, tiger skins and other products from big cats.
• Rhinoceros products, including horns or horn fragments.
• Shark fins, shark fin products or other parts of endangered shark species.
• Live or illegally imported wild animals, reptiles and parrots.
• Illegally bred or traded pets and puppies/kittens from illegal breeders.
• Anything that promotes animal trafficking or animal cruelty.

If you are unsure whether an item is legal, do not list it for sale on this site.

Listing requirements

• Describe the item honestly in your own words and only use images you have the right to use.
• State a realistic price, a clear description of its condition and the correct location.
• Do not create listings that mislead users or conceal important information.
• Listings must not be used for phishing, spam, fraud or circumventing legislation.
• Email addresses, phone numbers and other direct contact details must not appear in the listing text. All communication between seller and buyer must take place through Brugtgrej.dk’s messaging system so we can protect both parties against fraud and abuse.
• Images and descriptions must show the actual item. Artificially generated (AI) images, stock photos or AI-written descriptions that do not match the item are not permitted.

Moderation and reporting

We may reject, hide or delete listings without notice if they break the rules. Users can report listings directly from the listing page, and you can also contact us via our contact form or at kontakt@brugtgrej.dk.

In practice, we combine automatic filters that scan new listings and messages for prohibited words, links and contact details with manual review by named administrators and moderators. New accounts and listings receive extra scrutiny, and user reports are handled on an ongoing basis.

Consequences of violations

• Immediate deletion or hiding of the listing.
• Temporary suspension of the account or restrictions on what you can create.
• Permanent exclusion from Brugtgrej.dk for repeated or serious violations.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities in cases of unlawful conduct.
