Yes, I've been playing around again! It keeps me going and is an important source of motivation. Brugtgrej.dk is of course primarily a trading site and a forum for HAM and related interests. But I'd also like it to be a source of more information and perhaps even a useful tool. This evening I've been playing around and made a Shack display. It's a page you can leave running on the PC that's sitting next to the radio anyway. It's informative, lively and might help you along... You'll have to tell me whether it's useful. You'll find it alongside the other "play" pages (DX Cluster, Space Weather, Satellites etc.). Personally, I think the page is pretty cool and hope others will find it useful too. Advice, criticism and suggestions are welcome as always. Click around a bit and see if it's any use to you. Goodnight 🌙💚

A great display to have up when you're not using the screen for anything else.

Wow, it just keeps getting better 👌It's nice to have everything in one place, though opinions on that may vary. But this hobby has many facets, so if you're interested in DX this is very useful. Well done again 👍

... and a little more info: 1) All callsigns are looked up, so we now see the best known location for a spot / a spotter, rather than just the country. 2) Your selections on the Satellites page are used to show satellites on the Shack display 3) The locator you've provided is used, among other things, to show your time, HF conditions and relevant weather info. 4) Your selections on the DX Cluster page are used to show spots on the Shack display 5) You can adjust the display under the page's Settings 6) A small button at the top right of the map switches between the grayline map and globe view 7) A small box invites feedback 😊 8) Now with reverse-clicking on spots too. Click on a spot/spotter on the map to highlight it in the table. Enjoy Christiane

Hi Christiane. Well - darn it....! Now you've pressed a button that's switched the language to English - in several places ;-) I don't mind - as long as the language doesn't suddenly become Slovenian, Polish or German ;-) Just letting you know - not a complaint... And YES - I have Danish selected :-)

Hi Lau Don't you just need to click the flag in the top right corner?

You were right — the button showed the flag of the language you could switch TO, so it looked Danish while the page was actually in English. It now shows the flag and text for the language the page is actually in, and visitors with a Danish browser or Danish time zone automatically get Danish again (English is still the default for everyone else, and a manually selected language is remembered). The mouse-over also explains how to switch languages. Hope it's okay now. (Remember Ctr+F5) Best regards Christiane

Hi Christiane and Verner. I have NOT changed anything (not even CTRL-F5) - just logged in again after a while - and HEY PRESTO - everything is fine again :-) It's incredible that fixes and changes happen SO QUICKLY...! Thanks for that, BG/Christiane Maybe a "thread" for "Bugs/suggestions" would be a good idea, so people like me don't spam the latest threads with otherwise important news ?? Thanks for the fix - it works fine here ;-) //Lau
