HAARP Announces September Ionospheric Experiments

The HAARP research facility in Alaska is conducting ionospheric research experiments between 2.8 and 10 MHz from September 8 to 11. Transmission schedules and frequencies will adapt dynamically to space weather, and amateur radio operators and SWLs are encouraged to monitor the bands.
