Hi, I have many hours of hifi VHS recordings that were made with only stereo audio line inputs to a hifi VHS deck... only years later do I realize the deck uses the video signal for tracking. I had no input video signal when the recordings were made. Now, when I try to playback, my current deck really searches for the tracking signal and speeds up/down. Any recommendations how to recover my audio archives? My intent is to digitize these off the air audio recordings. Thanks!
