(much less)<br /> <br /> Please make note that some ARRL Services will not be reachable for some or all of that time frame. (09:00 UTC to 11:00 UTC).<br /> <br /> We do expect that LoTW will emerge from this outage with a relatively large backlog of approximately 1500 to 2500 uploaded files (per hour of outage time) but given the increased performance we have been experiencing, it should not take long to be back to sub-minute processing delays.<br /> 73,<br /> Bob W5OV<br /> ARRL<br />
